If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a Return (with full refund) or Free Replacement (Exchange) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy.

This policy explains our order processing, shipping, cancellation, return, refund and replacement procedures.

1. Order Processing

Order processing involves generating the order manifest, preparing the products for picking, packing, labelling and shipment.

Orders received on a working day (Monday to Saturday) will generally be processed by 6:00 PM on the next working day, subject to successful payment confirmation.

Orders received on a non-working day (Sunday) or public holidays will generally be processed by 6:00 PM on the next working day, subject to successful payment confirmation.

Processing times may occasionally be extended because of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to process the order as soon as possible and communicate any significant delay.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–10 days, depending on the destination PIN code and logistics service availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary because of circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistics delays, public holidays, remote locations or other operational issues.

We have partnered with leading logistics providers such as BlueDart and Delhivery to ensure a seamless, reliable, and efficient delivery experience for our customers.

3. Return Policy

All products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Customers must submit their return request by calling or writing to Scholar Art using the contact details provided below, within the applicable 7-day return window. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Customers may choose between a Full Refund or a Free Replacement (Exchange), subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

3.1 Return Eligibility

All products are eligible for return in circumstances including:

  • Product received damaged.

  • Product received defective.

  • Product received incorrect/different.

  • Product received with missing parts or components.

  • Product materially different from the product description, where applicable.

3.2 Return Conditions

All products meeting the above eligibility criteria should generally:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Not have been altered, modified or damaged after delivery.

  • Include the original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other components, wherever applicable.

For products that are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the above condition requirements may not apply.

3.3 How to Request a Return?

Customers must contact Scholar Art within 3 days of delivery to request an eligible return.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photographs/Videos of the Product & Packaging

  • Select Choice: Return (with Full Refund) or Free Replacement

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions (via call and email) regarding the return. Customers should not send a product back without receiving return instructions from Scholar Art

3.4 Return Request Confirmation

Scholar Art will review the Return/Replacement request and inform the customer of its acceptance or rejection within 3 days of receiving the request. The confirmation will be sent to the customer’s registered email address.

3.5 Return Shipping Charges

For an approved return, Scholar Art will arrange the return shipment through its logistics partner.

All eligible returns will be provided free of charge.

4. Refund Policy

For an approved return, Scholar Art will provide a full refund.

4.1 Refund Method

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

4.2 Refund Timeline

Once a return has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 2–5 business days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account or original payment account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

We have partnered with leading payment provider Razorpay to ensure seamless, secure, and reliable payment and refund experiences for our customers.

5. Replacement Policy

For an approved replacement, Scholar Art will arrange the pickup of the original product and ship the replacement product, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Scholar Art may offer a full refund instead.

All eligible replacements will be provided free of charge.

6. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers must contact Scholar Art within 24 hours of order confirmation to request free cancellation of their order. Cancellation requests received after this period may not be accepted or may attract additional fees.

Where a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

7. Order Cancellation by Scholar Art

Scholar Art may cancel an order in circumstances including:

  • Product becoming unavailable.
  • Incorrect product information or pricing.
  • Payment-related issues.
  • Delivery restrictions.
  • Inventory-related issues.
  • Operational or logistical circumstances.
  • Other circumstances where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

When an order is cancelled by Scholar Art, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

8. Lost Shipment

If an order is lost in transit, Scholar Art will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the logistics partner to investigate and track the shipment and arrange for the delivery to be completed.

If the shipment cannot be recovered within the applicable investigation period, Scholar Art may provide a free replacement or a full refund, as applicable

9. Delayed Shipment

If an order is delayed in transit, Scholar Art will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the logistics partner to facilitate delivery at the earliest possible time.
